This part serves a dual purpose:
Materials
-
1.0 inch diameter AL rod, 2-1/2 inches long
Mounting to DC Gear Motor Axle

Bore 1/4 inch hole 0.75 - 0.80 inches deep

Drill #21, Tap 10-32 hole 0.6 inches from open end

Insert 3/16-24 x 1/4" hex head set screw
Mounting to Sullivan Aircraft Model Wheel

0.345 inch x 1.0 inch diameter section will be placed between the two Sulivan Skylite Wheel aluminum hubs.

The two aluminum hubs are bolted together using six small bolts and locking washers. Thus, ensuring that the wheel axle is fixed to the wheel.

Turn the remaining portions of the wheel axle to 0.625 inches.

NOTE: The 0.625 inch diameter, gear-motor mount section, should be about 1.0 inches long.
